Your position will consist of greeting visitors, clients, and employees, answer emails and phone calls, schedule appointments, handle deliveries and perform other necessary duties to ensure the business runs smoothly.
Your position will consist of answering parts related phone calls, receiving parts & maintain organization and accurate inventory in parts room.
Read work orders and order required parts from OEM and aftermarket vendors.
Receive and return parts in a timely manner.
Ensure technicians have all the required parts for the repair.
Maintain a clean and organized parts room and area.
